摘要
目的分析在创伤性浅表软组织损伤中应用肌骨超声检查的实际效能。方法选取2021年1月至2025年1月自贡市第四人民医院接收的110例疑似创伤性浅表软组织损伤患者的临床资料进行回顾分析,分别对患者实施MRI检查与肌骨超声检查,以手术病理结果为金标准,比较单一MRI检查、肌骨超声联合MRI检查的诊断结果及诊断效能。结果110例患者手术病理诊断显示,最终确诊为创伤性浅表软组织损伤94例,阳性率为85.45%。病症分型中神经损伤12例,半月板损伤37例,肌腱损伤45例。单独MRI检查阳性率为89.36%(84/94),MRI联合肌骨超声检查阳性率为95.74%(90/94),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肌骨超声联合MRI的诊断效能更佳,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肌骨超声联合MRI检查应用于创伤性浅表软组织损伤患者的临床诊断中,能够实现对病症的有效识别,相较于单一MRI检查诊断准确度及灵敏度更高,且肌骨超声检查更加便捷,在临床诊断中显示出良好价值。
Objective To analyze the practical effectiveness of musculoskeletal ultrasound in traumatic superficial soft tissue injury.Methods The clinical data of 110 patients with suspected traumatic superficial soft tissue injury received by the Fourth People's Hospital of Zigong City from January 2021 to January 2025 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were examined by MRI and musculoskeletal ultrasound respectively,and the diagnosis results and diagnostic efficiency of different examination methods were compared with the surgical and pathological results as the gold standard.Results The pathological diagnosis of 110 cases showed that 94 cases werefinally diagnosed as traumatic superficial soft tissue injury,and the positive rate was 85.45%.There were 12 cases of nerve injury,37 cases of meniscus injury and 45 cases of tendon injury.The positive rate of the control group was 89.36%(84/94),and the positive rate of the observation group was 95.74%(90/94),with statistical significance(P<0.05).The diagnostic efficiency of musculoskeletal ultrasound combined with MRI was better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The combined application of musculoskeletal ultrasound and MRI in the clinical diagnosis of patients with traumatic superficial soft tissue injury can effectively identify the symptoms,which is more accurate and sensitive than single MRI examination,and the musculoskeletal ultrasound examination is more convenient and shows good value in clinical diagnosis.
