城市作为人类文明的载体与结晶,其形成与发展始终与生态环境建设交织共生。从公元前4000年美索不达米亚的早期城邦,到21世纪聚焦可持续发展的生态城市,国外城市绿化历经漫长的演进,涉及公共健康、生态平衡、城市规划与社会文化等多重维度,核心围绕“权力意志与市民需求的平衡”“技术创新与人文关怀的对话”“效率追求与生态智慧的共生”三组命题展开。
Urban greening serves as a pivotal vehicle for ecological conservation, and a fundamental pathway toward urban sustainable development. Globally, the evolution of urban greening has spanned over five millennia, tracing a developmental path that began with practical necessities and symbols of power, and progressed toward comprehensive ecological governance. This article combs through the five major historical stages of urban greening abroad and examines typical regional practices from different continents. Through this analysis, it distills core experiences, such as the critical role of government legislation and systematic planning. By taking into consideration China' s specific needs, the study aims to provide references for constructing harmonious urban ecosystems where humanity and nature coexist in balance, thereby supporting the high-quality advancement of ecological culture.
