摘要
智能大数据技术在深度挖掘数据价值的同时,也加剧了公民隐私泄露风险。文章基于智能大数据隐私保护的现状与不足,从技术层面构建了一套涵盖“支撑层-数据层-控制层”的三层隐私保护机制,并结合数据脱敏、匿名化、动态访问控制与人工智能监控等技术手段,在公安安保场景中开展模拟测试验证。结果表明,优化后的机制使数据处理效率提升约70.8%,非法访问拦截率达到99.2%,敏感数据实现零泄露,权限动态调整响应速度提升95.6%。研究表明,构建系统化、全生命周期的隐私保护机制,可有效平衡数据利用与隐私安全,为智能城市背景下的数据治理提供参考。
While intelligent big data technology unlocks considerable data value,it also significantly exacerbates the risk of citizen privacy leakage.Based on an analysis of the current status and shortcomings of intelligent big data privacy protection,this study constructs a three-layer privacy protection mechanism comprising'support layer-data layer-control layer'from a technical perspective,incorporating techniques such as data masking,anonymization,dynamic access control,and AI monitoring.The mechanism was validated through simulated testing in a public security scenario.Results indicate that the optimized mechanism improves data processing efficiency by approximately 70.8%,raises the unauthorized access interception rate to 99.2%,achieves zero leakage of sensitive data,and reduces dynamic permission adjustment response time by 95.6%.The study demonstrates that a systematic,full-lifecycle privacy protection mechanism effectively balances data utilization and privacy security,offering a reference for data governance in smart cities.
