拉萨行人-非机动车慢行交通冲突协调控制研究

Research on Coordinated Control of Slow-Moving Traffic Conflicts Between Pedestrians and Non-Motorized Vehicles in Lhasa

摘要 拉萨交通流量的大幅增加,行人与非机动车共享慢行道的交通冲突问题日益突出。文章通过对拉萨多条行人-非机动车共享路段的实地调查,收集交通流量、密度、速度、逆行比例等数据,分析其与交通冲突事件数量之间的关系。基于逐步回归模型原理,构造慢行交通相遇冲突TCm模型、慢行交通超越冲突TCp模型、慢行交通冲突TC模型,对拉萨行人-非机动车慢行交通冲突进行研究。研究结果表明,交通流量、逆行比例、道路宽度等因素对交通冲突事件数量有显著影响。该模型可为拉萨慢行交通系统的优化提供理论依据,有助于提高慢行交通服务水平和安全性。 With the significant increase in traffic volume in Lhasa,the issue of traffic conflicts between pedestrians and non-motorized vehicles sharing slow-moving lanes has become increasingly prominent.Through field surveys of multiple pedestrian-non-motorized vehicle shared pathways in Lhasa,data on traffic volume,density,speed and proportion of jaywalking in the opposite direction,were collected to analyze their relationship with the number of traffic conflict incidents.Based on the principle of stepwise regression modeling,models for slow-moving traffic meeting conflicts(TCm),slow-moving traffic passing conflicts(TCp)and a slow-moving traffic conflict(TC)were constructed to study the pedestrian-non-motorized vehicle slow-moving traffic conflicts in Lhasa.The research results indicate that factors such as traffic volume,proportion of jaywalking in the opposite direction,and road width have a significant impact on the number of traffic conflict incidents.This model can provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of slow-moving traffic system in Lhasa,helping to improve the service level and safety of slowmoving traffic.
