阐述空气轴承板型辊的设备组成、工作原理、安装调试、维护及故障排除方法。该设备通过空气膜支撑转子,实现高精度板型测量,已在新能源铝箔生产中成功应用。
This paper elaborates on the equipment composition,working principle,installation and commissioning,maintenance and troubleshooting methods of the shape roll unit with air-film bearings.The rotor is supported on the stainless steel core shaft via air-film bearings to allow for high-precision shape measurement of the shape roll unit.It has been successfully applied in new energy aluminum foil production.
