元认知策略训练对初中生英语自主学习能力影响的实践探索

摘要 随着新课程改革的深入推进,培养学生自主学习能力已成为初中英语教学的重要目标。元认知策略作为引导学生规划、监控与反思学习过程的关键手段,对提升学生自我管理能力具有显著意义。本文基于当前教学实践,探讨了在初中英语课堂中实施元认知策略训练的具体路径及其对学生自主学习能力的影响。通过将策略融入日常教学、借助可视化工具辅助思维、创设结构化反思情境等方式,帮助学生逐步建立计划、监控与调节的学习习惯,从而为其终身学习奠定基础。 With the deepening of the new curriculum reform,cultivating students'autonomous learning ability has become an important goal of junior high school English teaching.Metacognitive strategies,as a key means of guiding students to plan,monitor,and reflect on the learning process,have significant implications for enhancing students'self-management abilities.Based on current teaching practice,this article explores the specific path of implementing metacognitive strategy training in junior high school English classrooms and its impact on students'autonomous learning ability.By integrating strategies into daily teaching,using visualization tools to assist thinking,and creating structured reflective contexts,we help students gradually establish learning habits of planning,monitoring,and regulation,laying the foundation for their lifelong learning.
