基于S7-200与M440变频控制的农用烘干机节能与温控系统设计

摘要 针对传统农用烘干机存在的能耗高、温控精度低和运行自动化水平不足等问题,本文设计了一种基于西门子S7-200 PLC与M440变频器的节能与温控控制系统。系统以S7-200为核心控制单元,采用多点温湿度传感器实时采集烘干仓内环境数据,通过PID算法实现热风温度的精确调节,并结合M440变频器对风机电机的转速进行无级调速控制,同时设计人机界面(HMI)用于参数设定、状态监控和故障报警,提高了设备操作的智能化与可视化水平。运行试验结果表明,该控制系统在不同作物烘干工况下温度控制精度显著提高,较传统定速控制方式节能18.6%,显著提升了烘干效率与能源利用率。 To address the problems of high energy consumption,low temperature control accuracy,and insufficient automation level in traditional agricultural dryers,this paper designs an energy-saving and temperature control system based on the Siemens S7-200 PLC and M440 inverter.The S7-200 serves as the core control unit,while multiple temperature and humidity sensors are used to collect real-time environmental data inside the drying chamber.A PID algorithm is applied to achieve precise regulation of hot-air temperature,and the M440 inverter is employed to realize stepless speed control of the fan motor.In addition,a human-machine interface(HMI)is designed for parameter setting,status monitoring,and fault alarming,which significantly enhances the system’s intelligence and visualization.Experimental results show that the proposed control system significantly improves temperature control accuracy under different crop drying conditions and reduces energy consumption by 18.6%compared with traditional constant-speed control methods,thereby greatly enhancing drying efficiency and energy utilization.
