摘要
本文采用慢应变速率拉伸试验方法,通过在试验环境中对材料施加外加电位,模拟材料在应用过程中与不同金属或电路系统连接后的状态,研究电位对高强度钢AF1410应用性能的影响。试验结果表明:高强度钢AF1410在3.5%NaCl水溶液中自腐蚀电位为-0.6V;当材料在溶液中未施加外加电位时,或外加电位在-0.7V~-0.5V范围时,材料性能未发生明显的变化,表现出良好的耐应力腐蚀性能;当外加电位正于-0.5V或负于-0.7V时,材料性能衰减较大,表现出较高的应力腐蚀敏感性,存在应用风险。
In this paper,the slow strain rate tensile test method is used to study the influence of the potential on the application performance of high-strength steel AF1410,by applying an applied potential to high-strength steel AF1410 in 3.5%NaCl aqueous solution,simulating the state of bolts connected with different metals or systems in the application process.The test results show that self-corrosion potential of high strength steel AF1410 in 3.5%NaCl aqueous solution is-0.6V;when there is no applied potential on AF1410 in the solution,or when the applied potential is in the range of-0.7V to-0.5V,the properties of the material have not changed obviously,showing good stress corrosion resistance.When the applied potential is positive to-0.5V or negative to-0.7V,the performance of the material is greatly attenuated,showing high stress corrosion sensitivity,and there are high risks on application.
