摘要
介绍一种板料冲孔液压机的结构优化及建模分析。针对用户要求提高冲孔液压机整体刚度,设计一种新型异形结构冲孔液压机,对机身结构进行优化设计和有限元分析,并将分析数据与原机型进行比较[1]。结果表明,优化后的异形冲孔液压机刚度显著提高,从而提高冲孔精度和质量,减少下道工序工作量,提高工作效率,降低生产成本,得到用户好评。
This paper presents the structural optimization and modeling analysis of a sheet metal punching hydraulic press.To meet user requirements for enhanced overall rigidity,a novel non-standard structure punching press was designed.The machine body underwent optimized structural design and finite element analysis,with results compared to the original model[1].Results demonstrate that the optimized special-shaped punching hydraulic press exhibits significantly enhanced rigidity.This improvement elevates punching precision and quality,reduces workload in subsequent processes,boosts operational efficiency,lowers production costs,and has received positive feedback from users.
