摘要
因配电网停电检修工作对配电系统的安全经济运行与电力可靠供应具有重要影响,提出了一种计及停电检修与运行风险的多目标配电网重构方法。首先,构建了基于改进熵值法的配电网重构优化综合目标,将反映配电网运行经济性与安全性的运行经济成本最优、线路负载率最优及电压质量最优作为配电网重构多目标;然后,构建了计及停电检修的多目标配电网重构优化模型,在配电网重构约束的基础上考虑线路检修与配电网运行的耦合约束;最后,改造IEEE标准算例并进行仿真算例分析。分析结果表明:采用所提计及停电检修与运行风险的多目标配电网重构策略可以有效降低停电检修对配电网重构运行的影响,保障电力可靠不间断供应,降低配电网重构运行风险,提高配电网运行安全裕度,提升配电网运行的经济性与安全性。
The power outage maintenance has a significant influence on the security and economy for distribution system operation and the reliable electric supply.Therefore,a multi-objective distribution network reconfiguration method is proposed considering the power outage maintenance and operation risks.Firstly,a comprehensive objective for distribution network reconfiguration based on improved entropy weight method is constructed,which takes the optimal operating economic cost,optimal load rate,and optimal voltage quality as the multi-objective of distribution network reconfiguration to reflect the economic and security of distribution network operation.And then,an optimization model for multi-objective distribution network reconfiguration with power outage maintenance is constructed,in which the coupling constraints between power line maintenance and grid operation are considered on the basis of distribution network reconfiguration constrains.Finally,the simulation is carried out with the improved standard IEEE case to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.The simulation results show that the obtained strategies considering power outage maintenance and operation risks by the proposed method can effectively depress the influence of power outage maintenance on the distribution network operation,lower the operation risk,increase the security margin and promote the economy and security of distribution network operation.
