摘要
为确保火箭发动机试验中专用测试设备数据采集的可靠性,需对专用测试设备进行周期校准。由于试验现场环境特殊,采集信号种类多样,以及试验周期不确定等因素,合理优化试验用专用测试设备的校准周期是保障专用测试设备稳定的主要手段。通过分析专用测试设备的使用条件、采集参数类型和使用频繁程度等信息,使用加权系数法、最大似然估计法、增量反应调整法和间隔测试法对不同数量不同重要程度的专用测试设备的校准周期进行确定,并给出了周期调整方法。通过某专用测试设备X进行了实例分析,验证了方法的可行性。
In order to ensure reliable and reliable data collected by the dedicated test equipment used in the liquid rocket engine test,periodic testing of the dedicated test equipment is required.Due to the special environment of the test site,various types of collected signals,and uncertain test period,the verification cycle of the dedicated test equipment for reasonable optimization is the main means to ensure the stability and reliability of the dedicated test equipment.This paper analyzes the use conditions of dedicated test equipment,the types of acquisition parameters,the frequency of use,etc.,using the weighted coefficient method,the maximum likelihood estimation method,the incremental response adjustment method and the interval test method for models with different importance levels.The verification cycle of the dedicated test equipment was determined and the cycle adjustment method was given.The case analysis was carried out by a dedicated test equipment X to verify the feasibility of the method.
