摘要
针对孔口流量计现有校准方法用正压钟罩法工况不匹配、流量调节受限等问题,设计了一种基于负压标准表法的孔口流量计校准装置。该装置采用两台不同口径的气体罗茨流量计(DN25与DN50)协同测量,覆盖0.5~90 m^(3)/h流量范围,结合负压抽气系统、多气路切换模块及温度压力修正算法,以及喷嘴气体流量标准装置,实现装置标准表的高准确度原位校准。实验结果表明,装置扩展不确定度为Urel=0.32%(k=2),校准孔口流量计误差为-0.62%,重复性为0.21%,均优于JJF2033—2023规范要求,该设计为孔口流量计的校准提供了高效可靠的解决方案。
Aiming at the problems of the existing calibration method,such as the mismatch of working conditions in the positive pressure bell jar method and the limitation of flow regulation,an orifice flowmeter calibration device based on the negative pressure standard meter method was designed.This device uses two Roots flowmeters with different calibers(DN25 and DN50)to measure collaboratively,covering a flow range of 0.5-90 m^(3)/h.Combined with the negative pressure air extraction system,multi-gas circuit switching module and temperature and pressure correction algorithm,it realizes high-accuracy in-situ calibration.The experimental results show that the expanded uncertainty of the device Urel=0.32%(k=2),the error of the calibrated orifice flowmeter is-0.62%,and the repeatability is 0.21%,all of which are better than the requirements of the JJF 2033—2023 specification.This design provides an efficient and reliable solution for the actual calibration of orifice flowmeters.
