为了给中国能源安全和石油工程高质量发展提供参考,基于最新行业信息和动态,研判了全球石油工程市场形势。研究结果表明:①2024年全球油气价格小幅回落,受勘探开发投资拉动影响,石油工程市场保持增长态势和区域市场的差异化走势,即北美地区是最大的石油工程市场,中东地区市场稳定增长,非洲地区市场复苏势头强劲,南美地区市场持续快速增长;②预计未来一段时间,全球石油工程市场总体保持稳定增长但增速放缓,其中,海上将引领全球石油工程市场增长,传统石油工程市场领域竞争格局稳定中存在变数,新能源和低碳负碳工程新业务领域竞争格局将逐渐明晰和稳固;③从中长期看,石油工程市场还有一定的增长空间,中东、非洲和南美地区在传统石油工程市场的增长趋势将延续一段时间;④数智化服务市场在传统市场占比将快速提升,新能源和低碳工程市场具有较大发展前景,北美、亚太、欧洲地区市场将率先实现快速增长。结论认为,中国石油企业应关注能源转型、新技术应用、新领域拓展的影响;建议中国油田服务公司积极跟踪市场动态,优化全球市场布局,强化产业链、创新链协同发展,加快传统业务转型升级和优化布局,积极开拓新能源和低碳负碳新业务,打造新领域技术服务核心竞争力。
To provide reference for China's energy security and the high-quality development of petroleum engineering,based on the latest industry information and dynamics,this study assesses the global oilfield services market situation.The research results indicate that:①In 2024,oil and gas prices experienced a slight decline,and driven by investment in exploration and development,the growth trend and differentiated development of regional markets are maintained.North America remains the largest petroleum engineering market;the Middle East possesses a steadily growing market;the African market is recovering strongly,and the market in South America continues to grow rapidly.②In the coming period of time,the global petroleum engineering market will maintain stable growth,but the growth rate will slow down.Offshore exploration will lead the growth of the global petroleum engineering market.There are some variables in the stable competition pattern in the traditional petroleum engineering market,while the competition pattern in the new business fields of new energy and low-carbon or negative-carbon engineering will gradually become clear and stable.③In the medium and long term,the petroleum engineering market still has some room for growth.The growth trend in the traditional petroleum engineering market in the Middle East,Africa,and South America is expected to continue for a period of time,while the share of digital and intelligent service will increase rapidly.The new energy and low-carbon engineering market holds significant development potential,with North America,Asia-Pacific,and Europe taking the lead in achieving rapid growth.The research suggests that domestic oilfield service companies should pay attention to the impacts of energy transition,the application of new technologies,and the expansion into new fields.It is suggested that China oilfield service companies actively track market dynamics,optimize the global market layout,strengthen the coordinated development of industrial chain and innovation chain,accelerate the transformation and upgrading of traditional business and improve the layout,actively explore new energy and low-carbon or negative-carbon new business,and enhance the core competitiveness of technical services in the new fields.
