摘要
黄羽肉鸡因其优质的肉质和抗逆性在市场中占据重要地位,然而,随着生产集约化进程加快,市场对肉鸡的生产效率、绿色健康和环境适应性提出更高要求。传统育种方法在提升经济性状方面取得了一定成效,但在平衡生长速度、繁殖效率和资源利用等方面存在局限。矮小基因(dw)作为调控体型发育的关键因子,近年来受到广泛关注。尽管携带dw基因的肉鸡体型较小,但可以通过调整生长曲线和代谢模式提高饲料转化率,增强抗病性和热应激耐受性。尤其在黄羽肉鸡中,dw基因可能对脂肪分布、肌纤维组成及风味物质积累产生潜在影响,提供肉质改良的新机遇。本文总结了dw基因在黄羽肉鸡遗传改良中的作用机制,探讨了其在提高生产性能、优化肉质特性和增强环境适应性方面的潜力,为未来的遗传改良策略和分子育种技术提供理论支持。
Yellow-feather broilers occupy an important position in the market due to their high-quality meat and resistance to stress.However,with the intensification of meat production,market has raised higher demands for production efficiency,green health,and environmental adaptability of broilers.Traditional breeding methods have achieved significant results in improving economic traits,but they face limitations in balancing growth rate,reproductive efficiency,and resource utilization.The dwarf gene(dw),as a key regulator of body size development,has attracted considerable attention in recent years.Studies have shown that although broilers carrying the dw gene have smaller body sizes,their growth performance is not necessarily impaired.Furthermore,it can improve feed conversion rates,reduce feeding costs,enhance disease resistance,and improve heat stress tolerance by adjusting growth curves and metabolic patterns.In particular,the dw gene may have potential effects on fat distribution,muscle fiber composition,and flavor compound accumulation,offering new opportunities for meat quality improvement in Yellow-feather broilers.The review summarizes the mechanisms of the dwarf gene and its applications in the genetic improvement of Yellow-feather broilers.It explores the potential for improving production performance,optimizing meat quality traits,and enhancing environmental adaptability,providing theoretical support for future genetic improvement strategies and molecular breeding technologies.
