摘要
以“资源化→资产化→资本化”三阶跃迁为逻辑主线,结合河南省典型案例,揭示了数据要素赋能产业链重构的内在机制:在工具(tools)层面,人工智能、区块链等技术通过隐性经验显性化与资源标准化重组,实现生产效能跃升;在场景(scense)层面,混合现实与智能算法重构用户体验,推动文化价值的立体化释放;在生态(ecology)层面,跨领域协同与制度创新突破数据壁垒,构建可持续的产业共生网络。研究进一步指出,技术理性僭越、文化符号标准化解构、数据失真与治理滞后等矛盾,亟须通过算法辅助决策机制、统一标准体系及伦理规范加以制衡。
Taking the three-step leap of“resourceization→assetization→capitalization”as the main logic line,combined with the typical cases in Henan Province,it reveals the intrinsic mechanism of data elements empowering industry chain reconstruction was analyzed.At the tool level,artificial intelligence,blockchain and other technologies realize a leap in production efficiency through the manifestation of hidden experience and standardized reorganization of resources.At the scenario level,the mixed At the scene level,mixed reality and intelligent algorithms reconfigure the user experience and promote the release of cultural values in three dimensions.At the ecological level,cross-domain collaboration and institutional innovation break through the data barriers and build a sustainable industrial symbiosis network.The study further points out that the contradictions of technological rationality overstepping,standardized deconstruction of cultural symbols,data distortion and governance lagging behind are in urgent need of checking and balancing through the mechanism of algorithm-assisted decision-making,a unified standard system,and ethical norms.
