光照与花期耦合对芦苇叶片形态及光合特征的影响

摘要 [目的]通过了解芦苇的花期光合生理适应机制,为湿地生态系统物种保护提供理论依据。[方法]设置开花与遮荫两个因素,在开花遮荫、未开花遮荫、开花未遮荫及未开花未遮荫等4种条件下比较芦苇叶片的形态、光合特征差异,并分析各指标间的显著性与相关性。[结果](1)开花显著提高芦苇叶片的叶面积、叶绿素相对含量(SPAD)和鲜质量。相关分析表明,开花处理的叶面积与SPAD值显著正相关(r=0.93),鲜质量与F_(v)/F_(m)显著负相关(r=-0.56),这有利于叶片在不同光照条件下捕获光能合成叶绿素,积累光合产物以支持其发育。(2)未开花处理的芦苇叶片形态生长发育较为缓慢。(3)未遮荫处理下,芦苇叶片的叶面积、叶长、叶宽和干质量显著提高,且叶长、叶宽都与干质量显著正相关(r分别为0.52、0.50)。(4)遮荫处理下,叶片通过及时调整形态、光合特征以适应环境。[结论]芦苇叶片通过协同调整其形态特征和光合生理功能,优化光能捕获与利用效率,从而适应低光胁迫环境并支持生殖发育,体现出其在复杂环境中的生理形态适应特性。 [Purpose]The study explored the photosynthetic physiological adaptation mechanism of Phragmites australis,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for wetland ecosystem species protection.[Method]With consideration to both flowering and shading,four conditions—flowering and shading,non-flowering and shading,flowering and non-shading,and non-flowering and non-shading—were designed.The morphological and photosynthetic characteristics of leaves were compared among the four conditions.The significance and correlations of indexes were analyzed.[Result](1)Flowering significantly promoted the increases in leaf area,relative chlorophyll content(SPAD),and fresh mass of P.australis.Correlation analysis showed that leaf area at flowering had a significantly positive correlation with SPAD value(r=0.93),while fresh mass had a significantly negative correlation with F_(v)/F_(m) value(r=-0.56).This facilitated the leaves to capture light energy under varying light conditions for chlorophyll synthesis and accumulate photosynthetic products to support their development.(2)In the absence of flowering,the leaf morphological development of P.australis was relatively slow.(3)Under non-shading conditions,the leaf area,leaf length,leaf width,and dry mass of P.australis significantly increased,and both leaf length and leaf width showed significantly positive correlations with dry mass(r were 0.52 and 0.50,respectively).(4)Under shading conditions,the leaves promptly adjusted their morphological and photosynthetic characteristics to adapt to the environment and promote growth.[Conclusion]P.australis could coordinately adjust the morphological characteristics and photosynthetic physiological functions of leaves to optimize light energy capture and utilization efficiency,thereby adapting to low-light stress environments and supporting reproductive development.This demonstrates their physiological and morphological traits adaptive to complex environments.
