管道布置方式对中进式磨料水混合效果的影响

摘要 为研究中进式磨料水射流进水管道的布置方式对磨料混合效果的影响,基于Realizable k-ε湍流模型,通过改变高速水进口的位置及布置方式,搭建不同进水管数量及位置的混合腔内流道模型,研究高速水和低速磨料水的混合流动特性,通过建立磨料对中度模型,量化入水口管道数量及布置方式对出口处磨料分布特征的影响。研究结果表明:对于中进式磨料水射流,应优先考虑选用4根对称进水管道,并沿着进水侧外环中心线均匀布置,该布置方式有助于提升出口磨料的对中度和动能,平均对中度较沿边缘布置方式提升约50.20%,平均动能密度提升约9.60%,但是布置过多的进水管道也会导致高速水射流间相互冲击加剧,能量损失增大,削弱磨料水射流的工作效能;沿壁面边缘布置的方式,容易导致高速水在收口处发生反流,致使磨料砂浆被向后挤压,能量损失较大,增加进水口数量并选用偶数对称管道,有助于改善该方式的磨料混合效果。研究结果对中进式磨料水射流混合腔内流道的设计具有一定的指导意义。 To investigate the effect of the layout of the inlet pipe of the medium inlet abrasive water jet on the abrasive mixing effect.Based on the Realizable k-ε turbulence model,by changing the position and layout of the high-speed water inlet,a mixing chamber flow channel model is constructed with different numbers and positions of inlet pipes.The mixing flow characteristics of high-speed water and low-speed abrasive water are studied.By establishing an abrasive to medium model,the influence of the number and layout of inlet pipes on the abrasive distribution characteristics at the outlet is quantified.The research results indicate that for the medium inlet abrasive water jet,the first consideration should be to select four symmetrical inlet pipes and evenly arrange them along the centerline of the outer ring on the inlet side.The alignment and kinetic energy of the outlet abrasive are helped to be improved by this arrangement;compared to the arrangement along the edge,the average alignment increases by about 50.20%and an average kinetic energy density increases by about 9.60% compared to the arrangement along the edge.However,intensified collisions between high-speed water jets can also be led to by arranging too many inlet pipes,resulting in increased energy loss and weakening the working efficiency of the abrasive water jet.High-speed water can easily be caused to reflux at the junction by the arrangement along the edge of the wall,which squeezed the abrasive mortar backwards and results in significant energy loss.The abrasive mixing effect of this method can be helped to be improved by increasing the number of water inlets and selecting even symmetrical pipes.The research results have certain guiding significance for the design of flow channels in the mixing chamber of intermediate abrasive water jet.
