摘要
为满足卷烟产线对滤棒外形质量的在线控制需求,研究提出并实现一套基于双轴激光测径的圆周实时检测装置。装置以线阵激光+CCD测径为核心,配合ARM嵌入式控制与分布式I/O,在滤棒通过测量窗口时以500µs扫描周期、2400Hz采样获取两轴直径并在线换算等效圆周与圆度,支持参数化校准与阈值判定,并与喷涂/停机执行链路闭环联动。现场结果表明:检测准确度大于99.99%,控制精度小于或等于0.03mm,与静态综合测试台一致性偏差带±0.04mm;喷涂执行能力大于或等于400次/min,样本内未见漏喷/误喷;连续N=50支超限自动停机稳定触发;自清洁气墙抑制窗口污染并降低维护频次。与气压式在线检测易受气源波动与孔道污染导致漂移相比,该装置在稳定性与时延指标上表现更佳;相较人工抽检显著提升覆盖率并减少时滞,满足高速产线的实时质量控制要求。
To meet the online quality-control requirements for filter-rod geometry on cigarette production lines,a real-time circumference inspection device based on dual-axis laser micrometry is proposed and implementd.Centered on a line-scan laser plus CCD micrometer and integrated with an ARM-based embedded controller and distributed I/O,the device acquires two-axis diameters at a 500μs scan period and 2400 Hz sampling as rods pass the measurement window,and performs online conversion to equivalent circumference and roundness.It supports parameterized calibration and threshold determination and is closed-loop linked to spraying/shutdown actuators.Field results show an inspection accuracy greater than 99.99%,control precision less than or equal to 0.03 mm,and a deviation band of±0.04 mm relative to a static master gauge;spraying capacity reaches greater than or equal to 400 actions per minute with no missed or false shots within samples;automatic shutdown after N=50 consecutive out-of-tolerance rods is reliably triggered;and a self-cleaning air curtain suppresses window contamination and reduces maintenance.Compared with pneumatic online gauging,which is susceptible to gas-source fluctuations and orifice foulinginduced drift,the device exhibits superior stability and latency;relative to manual sampling,it markedly improves coverage and reduces delay,satisfying the real-time quality-control needs of high-speed production lines.
