摘要
目的 探讨针刺联合麦粒灸治疗肺气虚寒型过敏性鼻炎的疗效。方法 将2021年1月—2024年1月收治的82例该证型患者随机分为2组,对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用针刺联合麦粒灸治疗,疗程均为4周。对比2组治疗前后中医证候积分、鼻症状总分(TNSS)、鼻伴随症状总分(TNNSS)、鼻结膜炎生活质量积分(RQLQ)、鼻腔生理功能指标[鼻腔阻力(NR)、鼻黏膜纤毛传输时间(MTT)、鼻黏膜纤毛清除率(MCR)]、P物质(SP)、血清总免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、鼻腔分泌物嗜酸性粒细胞百分比(EOS%),同时比较2组的总有效率和不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后,2组中医证候积分、TNSS评分、TNNSS评分、RQLQ评分,NR、MTT、MCR指标,血清SP、总IgE、EOS%指标均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);2组均未发生不良反应。结论 针刺联合麦粒灸显著降低肺气虚寒型过敏性鼻炎患者血清总IgE、SP及鼻腔分泌物EOS%水平,有效改善鼻部症状、鼻腔功能及生活质量,疗效显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the efficacy of acupuncture combined with wheat grain moxibustion in treating allergic rhinitis of deficient cold of lung qi type.Methods 82 patients with this pattern admitted from January 2021 to January 2024 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,while the observation group received acupuncture combined with wheat grain moxibustion.Both groups underwent the 4-week treatment course.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,Total Nasal Symptom Score(TNSS),Total Non-Nasal Symptom Score(TNNSS),Rhinoconjunctivitis Quality of Life Questionnaire(RQLQ),nasal physiological function parameters[nasal resistance(NR),mucociliary transport time(MTT),mucociliary clearance rate(MCR)],substance P(SP)and total immunoglobulin E(IgE)levels,and percentage of eosinophil(EOS%)in nasal secretions between two groups before and after treatment were compared.And the total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups were also compared.Results After treatment,TCM syndrome scores,TNSS scores,TNNSS scores,RQLQ scores,NR,MTT,MCR,SP and IgE levels,and EOS%significantly decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in two groups.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with wheat grain moxibustion significantly reduces serum total IgE and SP levels and nasal secretion EOs%,and effectively improves nasal symptoms,nasal function,and quality of life in patients with allergic rhinitis of deficient cold of lung qi type.This therapy demonstrates remarkable efficacy and is worthy of clinical promotion.
