摘要
纪青山认为,过敏性疾病多因正气虚弱、卫外不固,外邪乘虚而入,导致气血失调、脏腑功能紊乱。临床治疗时,纪青山强调调理脾胃,补益中气,常选脾俞、章门、胃俞、中脘等穴,和营卫,固表里。针对风邪所致的过敏症状,选取曲池、血海、合谷、膈俞等穴,调和营血,祛风止痒。肺卫不固,风邪内袭引发鼻鼽、瘾疹等症,常选取迎香、印堂等穴,通窍固表,调和阴阳。同时,纪青山注重足太阳膀胱经穴的临床应用,重点应用五脏俞,以调脏通络。并首次提出“三辰调枢法”,临床治疗过敏性疾病疗效显著。
Professor Ji Qingshan believes that allergic diseases are mostly caused by deficiency of vital qi and weakness of defensive qi,allowing external pathogens to invade,resulting in the imbalance of qi and blood and dysfunction of the internal organs.During clinical treatment,Professor Ji Qingshan emphasizes regulating the spleen and stomach,tonifying middle qi,often selecting acupoints such as Pishu,Zhangmen,Weishu,Zhangwan and other acupuncture points to harmonize nutrient qi and defensive qi and consolidate the exterior-interior relaionship.For allergic symptoms caused by wind pathogens,acupoints such as Quchi,Xuehai,Hegu and Geshu are selected to harmonize nutrient-blood,dispel wind,and relieve itching.When lung-defense is weak and wind pathogens invade internally,leading to symptoms such as allergic rhinitis and urticaria,acupoints such as Yingxiang and Yintang are often selected to unblock the orifices,consolidate the exterior,and harmonize yin and yang.At the same time,Professor Ji Qingshan emphasizes the clinical application of acupoints on the Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang,with the focus on the application of the Five zangshu in order to regulate the visceral function and unblock collaterals.Professor Ji first proposes the"San Chen Tiao Shu Method",which has shown significant clinical efficacy in treating allergic diseases.
