摘要
为解决厚煤层分层开采下分层工作面防灭火难度大问题,以7303下分层工作面为研究对象,针对性构建工作面防灭火技术方案并进行工程应用。对7303下分层工作面回采期间防灭火工作进行分析,总结上分层采空区遗煤时下分层工作面回采期间防灭火难点,并提出采用封堵+注胶+注氮方式防治上分层采空区遗煤自燃;采用喷洒阻化剂+注氮方式防治下分层采空区遗煤自燃。现场应用后,7303下分层工作面回采期间回风流未监测到CO,上隅角及架间虽然监测到CO,但其体积分数控制在9×10^(-6)以内,CO体积分数较低。应用实践表明,现场采用的防灭火技术方案效果显著,可确保7303下分层工作面安全回采。
To address the significant challenge of fire prevention and extinguishing in the lower slicing working face during thick seam slicing mining,the 7303 lower slicing working face was taken as the research object,for which a targeted fire prevention and extinguishing technical scheme was developed and applied in engineering practice.Specifically,the fire prevention and extinguishing work during the mining process of this working face was analyzed,the difficulties in fire prevention and extinguishing during the mining of the lower slicing working face caused by residual coal in the upper slicing goaf were summarized,and corresponding technical measures were proposed—namely,the combination of sealing,gel injection,and nitrogen injection to prevent and control the spontaneous combustion of residual coal in the upper slicing goaf,and the combination of inhibitor spraying and nitrogen injection to prevent and control the spontaneous combustion of residual coal in the lower slicing goaf.After on-site application,no CO was detected in the return airflow during the mining of the 7303 lower slicing working face,while CO was monitored in the upper corner and between the supports,its volume fraction was controlled within 9×10^(-6)(a low level),and the application practice shows that the on-site fire prevention and extinguishing technical scheme has achieved a remarkable effect,which can ensure the safe mining of the 7303 lower slicing working face.
