摘要
目的基于三维质量结构模式构建医共体护理质量指标体系,引导医共体内医疗机构采用护理质量指标管理质量。方法采用Delphi法向26名业内专家展开2轮有效函询,课题小组针对每轮函询结果进行指标讨论、调整、修改,专家意见逐步达成一致,最终确认并构建了医共体护理质量指标体系。结果最终形成的医共体护理质量指标体系共包括一级指标3项,二级指标10项,三级指标34项,其中三级指标中包含结构指标7项,过程指标13项,结果指标14项,在2轮专家函询环节,问卷回收有效率分别达到96.43%和96.30%,专家的判断系数均值为0.866、对函询内容的熟悉程度均值为0.921、综合权威系数均值为0.896,一、二、三级指标的协调系数分别为0.321、0.381、0.365(P<0.05)。结论建立医共体护理质量指标体系,可为医共体牵头单位对各基层医疗机构质量监测和同质化评价提供数据参考依据,同时促使医共体内护理质量管理科学化、规范化。
Objective To construct the nursing quality index system of the medical community based on the three-dimensional quality structure model,and guide medical institutions within the medical community to manage quality by adopting nursing quality indicators.Methods The Delphi method was adopted to conduct two rounds of effective letter inquiries with 26 industry experts.The project team discussed,adjusted and modified the indicators based on the results of each round of letter inquiries.The experts'opinions gradually reached a consensus,andfinally the nursing quality index system of the medical community was confirmed and constructed.Results Thefinal formed nursing quality index system of the medical community includes a total of 3 first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators,and 34 third-level indicators.Among the third-level indicators,there are 7 structural indicators,13 process indicators,and 14 outcome indicators.In the two rounds of expert consultation by letter,the effective rates of questionnaire recovery reached 96.43%and 96.30%respectively.The average judgment coefficient of experts was 0.866,the average familiarity with the content of the inquiry was 0.921,the average comprehensive authority coefficient was 0.896,and the coordination coefficients of thefirst,second and third-level indicators were 0.321,0.381 and 0.365 respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion Establishing the nursing quality index system of the medical community can provide data reference basis for the leading unit of the medical community to conduct quality monitoring and homogenization evaluation of each primary medical institution,and at the same time promote the scientific and standardized management of nursing quality within the medical community.
