摘要
王富春临床应用“振阳”针法治疗阳痿,选穴精简、组方科学,临床疗效显著。“振阳”针法选用效验奇穴“振阳穴”与肾俞为主穴,体现了脏腑平调、循经取穴、腧穴配伍等原则,强调针刺手法操作,重视针刺深度。从阳痿病因病机、治疗特点、选穴配穴特点、针刺手法等方面阐述王富春治疗阳痿临床经验,以其独特的配穴思路为依据,从解剖机理入手,深入剖析“振阳”针法起效机制,以临床经典病案为佐证,验证临床疗效。
The experience of Zhenyang acupuncture method in the treatment of impotence is mainly introduced in this article,which is originally created by Professor Wang Fuchun and covers the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,the theoretical basis,characteristics of the therapy,and acupuncture techniques.It is argued that the selection of the empirical acupuncture point Zhenyang,as well as other points such as Shenshu(BL 23),embodies the principles of mildly regulating zang-fu meridians,selecting acupoints along meridians,and acupoints combination,emphasizing needling manipulations,attaching importance to needling depth.Wang Fuchun's Zhenyang acupuncture method turns out simple yet significant in point selection,scientific in point combination,usually achieving remarkable therapeutic effect in clinical practice.
