摘要
针对YL43型复合滤棒成型机的滤棒供给系统,在加热卷烟生产中存在的卡棒、掉棒、基棒变形,以及效能瓶颈问题,提出一种轮式错位复合技术。通过重构基棒排序工艺路径,采用轮式错位重排技术,优化物料处理流程,并结合轮传动系统的精准控制方案,实现基棒组的柔性化处理。结果表明,复合滤棒成型机的单班稳定运行效率由100 m/min升至181 m/min,提升81%,超过整线运行效率154 m/min;单班生产保养频次降低71.4%。研究显著提升加热卷烟的生产效能,为行业技术升级提供技术参考。
To address issues such as rod jamming,rod dropping,base rod deformation,and efficiency bottlenecks in the filter rod supply system of the YL43 composite filter rod maker during heated tobacco production,a wheel-based misalignment composite technology is proposed.By reconstructing the base rod sorting process path,adopting wheel-based misalignment rearrangement technology,optimizing material handling procedures,and combining a precision control scheme for the wheel drive system,flexible handling of base rod groups is achieved.Results show that the stable operational efficiency of the composite filter rod maker increased from 100 m/min to 181 m/min per shift,an improvement of 81%,exceeding the entire production line's efficiency of 154 m/min.Maintenance frequency per shift was reduced by 71.4%.The study significantly enhances the production efficiency of heated tobacco and provides a technical reference for industry-wide technological upgrades.
