摘要
目的:探究他克莫司软膏联合窄谱中波紫外线对特应性皮炎患者的影响。方法:回顾性分析2021年6月—2023年6月福建省石狮市医院收治的80例特应性皮炎患者临床资料,根据治疗方案不同分为对照组及试验组,每组各40例。对照组采取他克莫司软膏治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗。比较两组的特应性皮炎评分系统(SCORAD)评分、皮损修复情况[严重度指数(EASI)评分]及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,试验组SCORAD与EASI各项评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:他克莫司软膏联合窄谱中波紫外线应用于特应性皮炎患者疗效较好,可减轻皮损面积和严重程度,加快皮损恢复,且安全性高。
Objective:To investigate the effects of tacrolimus ointment combined with narrowband UVB therapy on patients with atopic dermatitis.Method:A retrospective analysis of clinical data from 80 patients with atopic dermatitis admitted to Shishi Hospital in Fujian Province between June 2021 and June 2023 was conducted.Based on different treatment regimens,patients were divided into a control group and an experimental group,each comprising 40 cases.The control group received treatment with tacrolimus ointment,while the experimental group received the same treatment combined with narrowband medium-wave ultraviolet therapy.Before and after treatment,the atopic dermatitis scoring system(SCORAD)score,skin lesion repair status[exercise-associated skin injury(EASI)score],and incidence of adverse reactions were contrasted across the two groups.Result:Subsequent to therapy,a statistically significant difference in SCORAD and EASI scores was found between the two groups,favoring the experimental intervention(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rates were comparable between the groups,with no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion:Combination therapy with tacrolimus and narrowband UVB therapy demonstrates favorable efficacy in patients with atopic dermatitis,effectively reducing the extent and severity of skin lesions while accelerating recovery,with a high safety profile.
