摘要
考虑到始末库容对抽水蓄能电站调节能力具有重要影响,提出一种考虑始末库容可调范围的抽水蓄能电站容量配置方法,采用两阶段配置策略以兼顾投资的经济性与环境效益。为增强抽水蓄能电站的调节能力,构建始末库容可调范围优化模型,采用随机优化的方法,以运行成本期望值最小为目标得到概率加权后的始末库容可调范围;以第一阶段的始末库容可调范围为基础构建多目标规划模型,以各场景下抽水蓄能电站成本回收比及总碳排放量的均值最小为目标,体现投资的经济性及环境效益,采用非支配排序遗传算法及熵权法得到合适的抽水蓄能电站装机容量及水库容量。算例结果表明,所提方法可以有效提升新能源消纳和抽水蓄能电站的经济性,减少系统碳排放量。
Considering that the initial and final reservoir capacity has important influence on the regulation capacity of pumped storage power station,a capacity configuration method of pumped storage power station considering the adjustable range of initial and final reservoir capacity is proposed,and a two-stage configu⁃ration strategy is adopted to consider the economy and environmental benefit of the investment.In order to enhance the regulation ability of pumped storage power station,an optimization model for adjustable range of initial and final reservoir capacity is constructed.The random optimization method is used to obtain the adjustable range of initial and final reservoir capacity after probability weighting with the minimum expected value of operation cost as the object.On the basis of the adjustable range of initial and final reservoir capacity in the first stage,a multi-objective programming model is constructed with the minimum average value of cost recovery ratio and total carbon emission of pumped storage power station under each scenario as the object,which reflects the economy and environmental benefit of the investment.The non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm and entropy weight method are adopted to obtain the appropriate installed capacity and reservoir capacity of pumped storage power station.The example results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the consumption of renewable energy and the economy of pumped storage power station,and reduce the carbon emission of the system.
