摘要
随着地质条件日益复杂和水量增大,传统冻结技术面临诸多挑战,单层冻结技术应运而生。通过对传统冻结技术与单层冻结技术的对比,阐述了单层冻结技术在井壁结构、施工工艺和成本方面的优势。以十一矿北翼进风井工程和新桥矿主、副井工程为例,详细介绍了单层冻结技术的井壁设计参数和施工工艺流程,以及在涌水量预测与治理、冻结温度场数值计算等方面的应用。分析了单层冻结技术应用中的难点,包括井壁接茬缝问题和混凝土收缩裂缝,并提出了相应的解决方案,如应用钢质接茬板和配制高强混凝土。总之,单层冻结技术在地质复杂水量大的环境中,具有显著的应用效果,为工程实践提供了可靠的理论支持和技术保障。
With the increasing complexity of geological conditions and the increase of water volume,traditional freezing technology is facing many challenges,and single-layer freezing technology emerges as the times require.It expounds the advantages of single-layer freezing technology in shaft lining structure,construction technology and cost by comparing traditional freezing technology with singlelayer freezing technology.Taking the north wing air intake shaft project of Shiyi Mine and the main and auxiliary shaft projects of Xinqiao Mine as examples,the shaft lining design parameters and construction process flow of single-layer freezing technology are introduced in detail,as well as its applications in water inflow prediction and treatment,numerical calculation of freezing temperature field and other aspects.The difficulties in the application of single-layer freezing technology are analyzed,including the problems of shaft lining joint seams and concrete shrinkage cracks,and corresponding solutions are proposed,such as the application of steel joint plates and preparing high-strength concrete.In short,single-layer freezing technology has a significant application effect in the environment with complex geology and large water volume,providing reliable theoretical support and technical guarantee for engineering practice.
