摘要
目的探讨加减温阳通便方治疗脾肾阳虚型便秘的临床效果。方法选取2023年1月至12月九江市中医医院肛肠科收治的50例脾肾阳虚型便秘患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(25例)与观察组(25例),对照组采用枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗,观察组采用加减温阳通便方治疗。比较两组患者的医学量表评分[便秘严重度评分(CSS)、Bristol粪便评分和中医证候积分]、心理健康评估量表积分[广泛性焦虑量表(GAD-7)、患者健康问卷(PHQ-9)]评分和不良反应发生情况,并比较治疗效果。结果观察组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前各评分指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后4、12周,两组各评分指标均低于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组患者治疗后12周,各评分指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均无不良反应发生。结论加减温阳通便方可有效缓解脾肾阳虚型便秘患者的临床症状,改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of constipation with spleen-kidney yang deficiency by modified Wenyang Tongbian Decoction.Methods A total of 50 cases constipation patients with spleen-kidney yang deficiency admitted to the Department of Anorectal,Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2023 were enrolled as research subjects.Using a random number table method,they were divided into a control group(n=25)and an observation group(n=25).The control group received Mosapride Citrate Tablets for treatment,whereas the observation group was treated with modified Wenyang Tongbian Decoction.The medical scale scores(constipation severity score[CSS],Bristol stool score and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score),mental health assessment scale scores(generalized anxiety disorder-7[GAD-7],patient health questionnaire-9[PHQ-9]),and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups,and the treatment effects were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 4 and 12 weeks of treatment,the scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse events occurred in the two groups.Conclusion The modified Wenyang Tongbian Decoction may relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients with spleen-kidney yang deficiency constipation effectively.
