摘要
反流性食管炎是一种食管的慢性炎症性疾病,近年来该疾病的发病率呈不断上升趋势,其临床表现对患者的生活质量有显著影响。随着高通量测序技术的发展和对菌群研究的不断深入,人们发现食管菌群变化与反流性食管炎的发生发展密切相关,通过探索食管菌群变化对反流性食管炎的影响机制,可为该疾病的诊断和治疗提供新的思路。本文主要阐述食管菌群变化与反流性食管炎相关的发病机制,以及食管样本采集方法、反流性食管炎的治疗方法和生活相关因素对食管菌群的影响,以期为反流性食管炎的诊断和个性化治疗提供新方向。
Reflux esophagitis(RE)is a chronic inflammatory disease of the esophagus,the incidence of which has been on the rise in recent years.Its clinical manifestations have a significant impact on the quality of life of patients.With the development of high-throughput sequencing technology and continuous research on flora,it has been found that changes in esophageal flora can promote the occurrence and development of RE.Exploring the mechanism of esophageal flora influencing on RE can provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.This article mainly describes the mechanism of pathogenesis of esophageal flora changes associated with RE,as well as the impacts of esophageal sample sampling methods,RE treatment modalities and life-related factors on esophageal flora,in hope to provide a new direction for the diagnosis and personalized treatment of RE.
