摘要
为研究严寒地区屋面各结构层温度及应变变化规律,对比新型与传统防水材料的防治效果,文中研究基于现场监测数据,利用有限元软件建立屋面结构水热耦合动态仿真模型,计算不同工况下特征时刻的等温线云图,进而分析防水结构层的应变分布。结果表明热熔非固化底涂涂料的抗变形能力显著优于喷涂速凝橡胶沥青防水涂料。太阳辐射、风速及降雨对防水层影响较小,温度为最主要影响因素。研究证实保温结构层可有效隔绝负温,且防水层应变在正温时表现为收缩、负温时为拉伸,随温度升高收缩应变减小、拉伸应变增大,纵向应变受温度影响更显著。研究为严寒地区屋面防水工程设计与材料选型提供了理论依据。
To investigate the temperature and strain variations of roof structural layers in severe cold regions and to compare the effectiveness of new versus traditional waterproofing materials,this study developed a coupled hygro⁃thermal dynamic simulation model of roof structures using finite element software based on field monitoring data.Iso⁃therm contour maps at characteristic moments under different conditions were calculated to analyze the strain distri⁃bution of the waterproofing layer.The results show that the deformation resistance of hot-melt non-curing primer is significantly better than that of spray-applied rapid-setting rubber-asphalt coatings.Solar radiation,wind speed,and rainfall exert relatively minor effects on the waterproofing layer,whereas temperature is the dominant factor.The insulation layer effectively prevents subzero penetration,and the waterproofing layer exhibits shrinkage under posi⁃tive temperatures and tensile strain under negative temperatures.With rising temperature,shrinkage strain decreas⁃es while tensile strain increases,with longitudinal strain more sensitive to temperature changes.The findings provide a theoretical basis for roof waterproofing design and material selection in severe cold regions.
