摘要
湖南是高等教育大省,正致力于实现“三高四新”美好蓝图发展目标,对高层次土木水利人才培养提出了新要求。文章归纳了我国土木水利类研究生教育目前面临的教育理念模糊与同质化、培养目标抽象、课程体系落后、过程实施不力、教学评价不足、创新资源短缺等方面的挑战,并从政府统筹协调、教育资源投入、培养单位管理、社会氛围、研究生导师的实践创新指导、研究生内生动力、师资条件等方面总结了问题产生的原因。在此基础上,文章提出了牢固树立需求导向和科产教融合理念、明确培养目标、更新课程体系等改革路径,为新时期国家研究生教育发展和湖南“三高四新”美好蓝图实施所需的土木水利高层次人才教育改革提供借鉴。
To fully implement the Party Central Committee s strategic plan for developing the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,it is imperative and highly valuable to investigate how to collaboratively cultivate emerging engineering talents amid the integrated development of higher education in the region.Yet the research on collaborative training of such talents remains scarce.Seizing the historic opportunity created by the circle s development,we take the support and guidance for the circle s construction as our core mission,cultivation of emerging engineering talents as our main goal,and the collaborative building of emerging engineering disciplines as our ultimate objective.We then conduct a systematic analysis of the necessity,feasibility,and existing challenges of joint talent cultivation.Drawing on the development of emerging engineering discipline clusters,the construction of a collaborative training system,the sharing of educational resources,and the forging of joint teaching teams,we propose a pathway of cross-region,cross-university,cross-enterprise,and cross-government that integrates“disciplines,general and specialized education,theory and practice,industry and education,and research and education.”This approach is designed to raise the quality of emerging engineering talents,thereby accelerating both the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle and the integrated development of higher education.
