摘要
目的:了解当前医学本科生参与大学生创新创业训练项目(简称大创)的基本情况并分析其影响因素,为医学相关专业本科生提升创新能力提供依据。方法:随机抽取华中科技大学医学相关专业部分本科生进行统计、分析,并回顾性调查、分析2017—2021年本科生大创参与、2011—2018年本科生论文发表以及2010—2020年医科本科生竞赛参与的情况。结果:53.6%的学生在本科阶段未接触过大创,而46.4%的学生表示在本科阶段有过相关经历,参与大创的项目数量在1~3项,但参与度低,投入时间和精力有限,且本科生参与大创的过程中自身知识储备不够、缺少指导老师和经费等问题突出,导致本科生能力发展一般。结论:大创对于本科生早期接触科研有重要意义,为减少本科生参与大创的阻碍和提高大创参与度,目前高校的创新创业教育应着力于营造创新创业氛围、建设课程开发队伍以此培养学生创新精神及创业信念,提升学生的创新创业能力。
Objective:To understand the current situation of undergraduate students in medical-related majors participating in innovation and entrepreneurship training programs(hereinafter referred to as"IETP")and analyze its influencing factors,providing a basis for improving the innovation ability of such students.Methods:A random sample of undergraduates in medical-related majors at Huazhong University of Science and Technology was seleted for statistical analysis,followed by retrospective analysis of student participation in IETP(2017—2021),publication of undergraduate papers(2011—2018),and participation in medical undergraduate competitions(2010—2020).Results:53.6%of the students had no experience with IETP during their undergraduate stage,while 46.4%of the students reported relevant experiences,with participation in 1~3 projects.However,the level of engagement was low,with limited time and effort invested.Major obstacles included insufficient knowledge base,lack of mentors,and funding shortages,leading to moderate ability development.Conclusion:IETP is of great significance for undergraduates'early exposure to scientific research.To reduce obstacles and increase participation,universities should focus on fostering an innovative atmosphere,building course development teams,cultivating students'innovative spirit and entrepreneurial belief,and improving innovation and entrepreneurship capacity.
