摘要
目的探究非小细胞肺癌组织中E-cadherin、p53、TTF-1的表达情况及其与患者临床病理特征的关系。方法选取62例行手术切除治疗的非小细胞肺癌患者,术中切取癌组织及距离肿瘤边缘5 cm以上的癌旁组织。比较E-cadherin、p53、TTF-1在两种组织中的阳性表达,并进一步分析其阳性表达与患者临床病理特征的关系。结果与癌旁组织相比,癌组织中E-cadherin阳性表达率明显降低(P<0.05),p53、TTF-1阳性表达率均明显升高(P<0.05)。在非小细胞肺癌组织中,E-cadherin、p53、TTF-1的阳性表达与肿瘤的TNM分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移情况均有关(P<0.05);且TTF-1的阳性表达还与肿瘤的病理类型有关(P<0.05)。结论在非小细胞肺癌组织中,E-cadherin呈低表达状态,p53和TTF-1均呈高表达状态,且表达水平均与患者的临床病理特征具有密切联系,可用于非小细胞肺癌的临床诊断和预后评估。
Objective Investigate the expression of E-cadherin,p53,and TTF-1 in non-small cell lung cancer tissues and their relationship with the clinical pathological characteristics of patients.Methods A total of 62 patients with non-small cell lung cancer who underwent surgical resection were selected.During surgery,tumor tissue and adjacent tissue more than 5 cm from the tumor margin were resected.The positive expression of E-cadherin,p53,and TTF-1 in the 2 types of tissue was compared,and the relationship between their positive expression and the patients'clinical and pathological characteristics was further analyzed.Results Compared with adjacent non-tumor tissue,the positive expression rate of E-cadherin was significantly reduced in tumor tissue(P<0.05),while the positive expression rates of p53 and TTF-1 were significantly increased(P<0.05).In non-small cell lung cancer tissues,the positive expression of E-cadherin,p53,and TTF-1 was associated with the TNM stage,differentiation grade,and lymph node metastasis of the tumor(P<0.05);additionally,the positive expression of TTF-1 was also associated with the pathological type of the tumor(P<0.05).Conclusion In non-small cell lung cancer tissue,E-cadherin is lowly expressed,while p53 and TTF-1 are highly expressed.The expression levels of these proteins are closely associated with the clinical pathological characteristics of patients and can be used for clinical diagnosis and prognosis assessment of non-small cell lung cancer.
