摘要
工程项目成本控制水平是施工企业市场竞争力的重要表现,也是公司项目盈利的关键。着眼于工程项目成本管理策略优化与水平提升,本文对施工企业在项目成本管理中的常见问题进行分析,在此基础上,就生产经营与项目管理中如何优化管理提出建议措施。
The level of cost control in engineering projects is an important manifestation of the market competitiveness of construction enterprises and a key factor in the profitability of company projects.Focusing on the optimization and improvement of cost management strategies for engineering projects,this article elaborates and analyzes common problems in project cost management for construction enterprises.Based on this,suggestions and measures are proposed on how to optimize management in production,operation,and project management.
