建筑保温结构一体化技术在严寒及寒冷地区的应用研究

摘要 文章旨在研究保温结构一体化技术在严寒及寒冷地区应用的可行性,为推动保温结构一体化技术的发展提供思路。文章通过简要介绍我国建筑节能的发展历程,分析传统外墙外保温技术在严寒及寒冷地区难以适应现行节能标准、出现高空脱落等问题,阐述了该技术应用的背景。本研究采用理论与实践相结合的方法,探讨了保温结构一体化技术在严寒及寒冷地区的应用优势及发展局限,并提出了多方面的改进建议。研究表明,保温结构一体化技术虽然能够满足严寒及寒冷地区建筑节能、防火安全及工业化发展的要求,同时节约整体造价,具有推广应用的价值,但现阶段还需在统一技术规范、标准的基础上,解决适配性优化、材料性能提升及可靠连接等技术问题。 This paper aims to investigate the feasibility for the application of the integrated thermal insulation structure technology in cold and severely cold regions,providing insights for its development.It outlines the background for the application of this technology by briefly reviewing China’s building energy-saving development progress and analyzing the challenges of the traditional external wall insulation technologies in severe cold and cold regions,such as difficulty in meeting the current energy-saving standards and issues like falling off at heights.Combining the theories with practices,the paper explores the advantages and limitations for the application of this technology in severe cold and cold regions and proposes the suggestions for improvement.The findings indicate that although the integrated thermal insulation structure technology meets the requirements for energy-saving,fire safety,and industrialization in severe cold and cold regions while reducing overall costs,currently,further work is still needed to address adaptability optimization,material performance enhancement,and reliable connections based on the unified technical codes and standards.
