浅议无缝钢管项目EPC工程总承包中的设计管理

摘要 无缝钢管项目日益规模化、复杂化,EPC工程总承包模式因其一体化优势成为主流。设计管理作为EPC核心,直接影响项目成本、进度与质量。本文结合行业特点,系统分析设计管理在三个维度的关键作用,构建覆盖前期策划至收尾的全流程管理体系,提炼质量、进度、成本与协同四大要点,并通过国内某40万吨/年项目案例,验证精准需求转化、数字化协同等策略的有效性。最后,从管理、团队、技术与协同四方面提出改进建议,展望智能化、绿色化等未来方向。 The seamless steel pipe project is increasingly becoming larger in scale and more complex,making the EPC turnkey contract model a mainstream approach due to its integrated advantages.Design management,as the core of EPC,directly impacts project cost,schedule,and quality.Based on industry characteristics,this paper systematically analyzes the critical role of design management across three dimensions,establishes a comprehensive process management system covering initial planning to project close-out,and highlights four key aspects:quality,schedule,cost,and collaboration.Through a case study of a domestic 400,000 ton/year project,the effectiveness of strategies such as precise requirement translation and digital collaboration is validated.Finally,improvement suggestions are proposed from the perspectives of management,team,technology,and collaboration,with a forward-looking discussion on intelligent and green development trends.
