摘要
探讨快速康复护理联合预见性护理在老年髋部骨折患者中的应用效果。选取2023年6月—2024年6月北京积水潭医院贵州医院收治的92例老年髋部骨折患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,各46例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上实施快速康复护理联合预见性护理。比较两组髋关节功能评分(Harris评分)、日常生活能力(Barthel指数)及并发症发生率。结果显示,术后3个月,研究组Harris各维度评分及总分均显著高于对照组,Barthel指数各项目评分及总分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,快速康复护理联合预见性护理能有效促进老年髋部骨折患者髋关节功能的恢复,提升其日常生活能力,并能降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。
To explore the application effect of Enhanced Recovery after Surgery(ERAS)nursing combined with predictive nursing in elderly patients with hip fractures.A total of 92 elderly patients with hip fractures admitted to Beijing Jishuitan Hospital Guizhou Hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,while the study group received ERAS nursing combined with predictive nursing on the basis of conventional nursing.The hip function score(Harris score),activities of daily living(Barthel index),and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.The results showed that 3 months after surgery,the scores of each dimension and total score of Harris in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the scores of each item and total score of Barthel index in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The study concluded that ERAS nursing combined with predictive nursing can effectively promote the recovery of hip function in elderly patients with hip fractures,improve their activities of daily living,and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
