摘要
汽车发动机活塞进行台架耐久试验时发生断裂失效。通过宏观观察、断口形貌、化学成分、金相组织及硬度等测试方法分析了发动机活塞的断裂失效原因。结果表明:发动机活塞裂纹源区存在初晶硅偏聚现象,在周期性拉应力的作用下产生裂纹,最终导致发动机活塞发生断裂失效。
Fracture failure occurred during the bench durability test of the piston of the automobile engine.The fracture failure reasons of the piston were analyzed by macroscopic observation,fracture morphology,chemical composition,metallographic structure,and hardness testing methods.The results show that there is an accumulation of primary silicon in the crack source area of the engine piston.It would generate cracks under periodic tensile stress and ultimately lead to the fracture and failure of the engine piston.
