摘要
高压缩比带来高热效率的同时更易引起发动机出现早燃、爆震问题,这些问题如果不及时控制会对发动机带来“致命”的伤害。对发动机早燃发生的机理、原因、影响因素、规避措施进行了系统性介绍和试验验证,对早燃问题的解决提供了一些经验帮助。
Increasing the compression ratio of the engine can enhance its thermal efficiency and performance.While a high compression ratio brings about high thermal efficiency,it is more likely to cause pre-ignition and knocking problems in the engine.If these issues are not controlled in time,they can cause"fatal"damage to the engine.The mechanism,causes,influencing factors and avoidance measures of engine pre-ignition are systematically introduced and experimentally verified,providing some practical assistance for solving the problem of pre-ignition.
