医院卫生管理中开展持续质量改进措施的价值探讨

Exploration of the Value of Implementing Continuous Quality Improvement Measures in Hospital Health Management

摘要 目的评估持续质量改进(continuous quality improvement,CQI)措施在医院卫生管理中的应用价值。方法选取2023年7月—2024年6月梧州市红十字会医院的92名医务人员为研究对象。其中2023年7—12月实施常规医院卫生管理的46名医务人员为对照组,2024年1—6月实施CQI措施的46名医务人员为观察组。比较2组医务人员综合能力、卫生管理质量、环境卫生学监测合格率、医务人员满意度。结果观察组卫生知识、卫生意识、卫生宣传、卫生技能方面的评分分别为(22.89±0.30)分、(22.74±0.32)分、(22.70±0.30)分、(22.81±0.33)分,均高于对照组的(22.02±0.34)分、(21.78±0.41)分、(21.62±0.33)分、(21.89±0.38)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组作业实操、多重耐药菌处理、安全管控、手卫生、消杀、废料处置方面的评分分别为(18.01±0.32)分(、18.35±0.27)分(、18.26±0.23)分(、18.48±0.21)分、(18.89±0.30)分(、18.50±0.17)分,均高于对照组的(17.56±0.34)分、(17.99±0.30)分、(17.94±0.26)分(、18.12±0.25)分(、18.24±0.11)分、(18.04±0.22)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组第一季度、第二季度的环境卫生学监测合格率分别为99.13%、98.59%,均高于对照组的95.69%、94.66%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组工作环境、薪资待遇、人际关系、工作制度方面的评分分别为(23.26±0.36)分、(23.09±0.32)分、(23.12±0.36)分、(23.14±0.33)分,均高于对照组的(22.38±0.45)分、(22.25±0.37)分、(22.30±0.44)分、(22.18±0.34)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论在医院卫生管理中实施CQI措施可以增强医务人员综合能力,提高其对院内卫生管理的重视程度及环境卫生学监测合格率,改进医院卫生管理质量,提高医务人员满意度。 Objective To evaluate the value of continuous quality improvement(CQI)measures applied in hospital health management.Methods A total of 92 medical staff members from Wuzhou Red Cross Hospital from July 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects.Among them,46 medical staff who received routine hospital health management from July to December 2023 were the control group,and 46 medical staff who received CQI measures from January to June 2024 were the observation group.The comprehensive ability,quality of health management,qualified rate of environmental hygiene monitoring,and satisfaction of medical staff were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of health knowledge,health awareness,health publicity and health skills in the observation group were(22.89±0.30)points,(22.74±0.32)points,(22.70±0.30)points and(22.81±0.33)points,respectively,which were higher than(22.02±0.34)points,(21.78±0.41)points,(21.62±0.33)points,and(21.89±0.38)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The scores of operation practice,multi-drug resistant bacteria management,safety control,hand hygiene,disinfection,and waste disposal in the observation group were(18.01±0.32)points,(18.35±0.27)points,(18.26±0.23)points,(18.48±0.21)points,(18.89±0.30)points and(18.50±0.17)points,respectively,which were higher than(17.56±0.34)points,(17.99±0.30)points,(17.94±0.26)points,(18.12±0.25)points,(18.24±0.11)pointsand(18.04±0.22)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The qualified rates of environmental hygiene monitoring in the observation group in the first and second quarters were 99.13%and 98.59%respectively,which were higher than 95.69%and 94.66%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of working environment,salary,interpersonal relationship and working system in the observation group were(23.26±0.36)points,(23.09±0.32)points,(23.12±0.36)points and(23.14±0.33)points,respectively,which were higher than(22.38±0.45)points,(22.25±0.37)points,(22.30±0.44)points,and(22.18±0.34)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Implementing CQI measures in hospital health management can enhance the comprehensive ability of medical staff,increase their attention to hospital health management and the qualification rate of environmental hygiene monitoring,improve the quality of hospital health management,and increase the satisfaction of medical staff.
