摘要
目的:探究常规矫正固定术、无托槽隐形矫正器在口腔正畸患者中所展现出的疗效差异及各自的特点。方法:选取2021年3月~2024年4月就诊的口腔正畸患者共80例为观察对象,结合随机数字表法,分成对照组40例,行常规矫正固定术治疗,观察组40例,行无托槽隐形矫治器治疗。比较两组牙周指标、牙齿功能、临床疗效、不良反应。结果:两组牙周指标在治疗后均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组牙齿功能评分在治疗后均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于口腔正畸患者,运用无托槽隐形矫治技术治疗,牙周指标、牙齿功能改善,疗效提升,不良反应降低。
Objective:Exploring the efficacy differences and respective characteristics of conventional fixed orthodontic appliances and labial removable clear aligners in patients undergoing oral orthodontic treatment.Methods:A total of 80 orthodontic patients from March 2021 to April 2024 were selected and divided into a control group(40 cases treated with conventional fixed orthodontics)and an observation group(40 cases treated with bracketless clear aligners)using a random number table method.The two groups were compared in terms of periodontal indices,dental function,clinical efficacy,and adverse reactions.Results:Both groups showed reduced periodontal indices after treatment,with the observation group being lower than the control group(P<0.05).Both groups exhibited improved tooth function scores post-treatment,with the observation group scoring higher than the control group(P<0.05).The overall effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For orthodontic patients,the use of non bracket invisible orthodontic treatment technology can improve periodontal indicators and tooth function,enhance efficacy,and reduce adverse reactions.
