摘要
目的:探讨CT增强扫描对梅克尔憩室(MD)的诊断价值。方法:选取2018年1月~2024年12月本院收治的入院怀疑或意外发现为MD,且有手术病理结果的患者117例,进行回顾性分析。根据患者接受的影像学检查分为CT增强扫描组、彩超组、放射性核素显像组,以病理结果为金标准,对比三种检查方式的检查比例、敏感性、特异性等。结果:经腹腔镜微创手术或开腹手术病理证实为MD患者91例,手术证实为非MD患者26例。CT增强扫描组、彩超组、放射性核素显像组的检查例数分别为53例、99例、30例,接受检查比例分别为45.30%、84.62%、25.64%;CT增强扫描组、彩超组、放射性核素显像组检测MD中放射性核素显像诊断准确性最好,MSCT增强次之,彩超最差。结论:鉴于检查的普及率及诊断准确率,CT增强扫描更适用于MD的早期诊断。
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of CT enhanced scanning for Meckel's diverticulum(MD).Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 117 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2024 who were suspected or unexpectedly diagnosed with MD and had surgical and pathological results.According to the imaging examinations received by patients,they are divided into CT enhanced scanning group,color ultrasound group,and radionuclide imaging group.Pathological results are used as the gold standard to compare the examination ratio,sensitivity,specificity,etc.of the three examination methods.Results:91 patients with MD were confirmed by laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery or open surgery pathology,and 26 patients with non MD were confirmed by surgery.The number of cases examined in the CT enhanced scanning group,ultrasound group,and radionuclide imaging group were 53,99,and 30,respectively,with examination rates of 45.30%,84.62%,and 25.64%,respectively;The CT enhanced scanning group,color ultrasound group,and radionuclide imaging group have the best diagnostic accuracy for radionuclide imaging in MD,followed by MSCT enhanced,and color ultrasound is the worst.Conclusion:Given the prevalence and diagnostic accuracy of examinations,CT enhanced scanning is more suitable for early diagnosis of MD.
