摘要
为解决纸质档案归档效率低下、易出错的问题,消除传统档案管理中空间占用多、利用不便、安全性差等弊端,学校构建了一套先进的电子档案管理系统,并在系统与网上服务大厅、OA系统等关键业务系统深度对接的基础上,设计了融入“三合一”制度和“四性”检测原则的预归档模型,成功打通了不同系统、不同格式的数据壁垒,实现了多源异构电子档案数据的无缝融合。这一融合,不仅有效保证了各类电子文件来源可靠、程序规范、要素合规,变传统的纸质档案归档方式为便捷的在线归档方式,还为教育管理信息化打通了最后一个环节,实现了全环节一网通办,使智慧校园建设迈上了一个新的台阶。
To address the inefficiencies and error-prone nature of paper archives filing,as well as to eliminate the drawbacks of traditional archives management such as excessive space occupation,inconvenient utilization,and poor security,our school has developed an advanced electronic archives management system.Based upon the deep integration of this system with key business systems like the online service hall and OA system,a pre-archiving model incorporating the"three-in-one"system and the"four-property"inspection principles is designed.This successfully breaks down data barriers between different systems and formats,achieving seamless integration of multi-source heterogeneous electronic archival data.This integration not only ensures the reliable source,standardized procedures,and compliance of various elements,transforming the traditional paper-based filing method into a convenient online process,but also unblocks the final link in educational management informatization,realizing full-process one-stop online services.Consequently,the construction of a smart campus has been elevated to a new level.
