摘要
叶巴滩水电站位于川西北高原与青藏高原交接处,大坝为双曲混凝土拱坝,大坝混凝土浇筑方量大,且未设置冬歇期,大坝浇筑需跨四个冬季,坝身共设计三层孔口,四台平移式缆机作为混凝土入仓的唯一方式,将对缆机的运行效率和可靠性提出更高要求,同时开挖阶段不可抗力因素导致工期滞后一年,造成工期大幅压缩,因此,通过合理的升层规划、科学的资源配置、先进的技术方案、精细的组织管理、公正的奖罚制度,保证双曲拱坝浇筑生产进度可控,施工质量稳定,安全管理可控。
The Yebatan Hydropower Project is located at the junction of the northwest Sichuan Plateau and the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.The dam is a double-curvature concrete arch dam with a large volume of concrete pouring required.There is no winter break period,and the dam pouring must span across four winters.The arch dam body is designed with three layers of orifices,and four flat-moving cable machines serve as the only method for concrete storage,which will pose high demands on the operational efficiency and reliability of the cable machines.Additionally,force majeure factors during the excavation phase have caused a one-year delay,significantly compressing the construction period for the dam's concrete work.In light of this,through reasonable layer planning,scientific resource allocation,advanced technical solutions,meticulous organizational management,and a fair reward and punishment system,it is ensured that the production progress of the double-curvature arch dam pouring is controllable,the construction quality is stable,and safety management is controllable.
