5S管理赋能生态酿酒实践——以舍得酒业为例

摘要 目前,我国白酒工业企业均在探索使用基于精益原则的方法,追求优化生产力、减少浪费以及提高产品质量。5S管理(整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养)作为精益方法中成功的案例,因此被诸多行业采用。本文以生态酿酒、坛储老酒的领军企业舍得酒业为例,分析5S管理在舍得酒业的具体实施效果及其对企业生态酿酒实践的贡献,如促进提高环保、质量、效率等多方面,从而探索5S在生态酿酒实践中应用与成效的重要性,及其对行业的借鉴意义。 At present,China's Baijiu industry enterprises are exploring ways based on the lean principle to optimize productivity,reduce waste and improve product quality.5S management(organization,rectification,cleaning,cleanliness,literacy)has been adopted by many industries as a successful example of lean methods.This article takes Shede Liquor Industry,a leading enterprise in ecological brewing and aged liquor storage,as an example to analyze the specific implementation effect of 5S management in SHEDE SPIRITS and its contribution to the practice of ecological brewing,such as promoting environmental protection,quality,efficiency and other aspects.It explores the importance of 5S application and effectiveness in ecological brewing practice,as well as its reference significance for the industry.
