成都白酒产区价值重构研究

Value Reconstruction of Baijiu Producing Areas in Chengdu:Leading the Innovative Development of Chinese Baijiu Industry

摘要 本文以成都白酒产区为研究对象,剖析了其发展现状、潜在优势和存在问题。基于“微笑曲线”理论,本文认为成都白酒产区应重点发力白酒产业链的研发端和营销端,提出了“一会两园三街四基地”战略构想,建议从打造全球蒸馏酒金融硅谷、建设世界级中国酒文化IP、推动白酒产业数字化转型、加强人才培养与引进等方面重塑成都白酒产区价值,为中国白酒产业创新发展提供借鉴和发展新思路。 This paper takes Baijiu producing areas in Chengdu as the research object,and analyzes its development status,potential advantages and existing problems.Based on the theory of"smile curve",this paper believes that Baijiu producing areas in Chengdu should focus on the R&D end and marketing end of the Baijiu industry chain,put forward the strategic concept of"one meeting,two parks,three streets and four bases",and proposed to reshape the value of Baijiu producing areas in Chengdu from the aspects of building a global distillery financial Silicon Valley,building a world-class Chinese Baijiu culture IP,promoting the digital transformation of the Baijiu industry,and strengthening the training and introduction of talents,so as to provide reference and new ideas for the innovative development of Chinese Baijiu industry.
