摘要
高校的职责不仅是传授学生知识,更肩负着为党育人、为国育才的重要使命,高校是培养大学生正确世界观、人生观、价值观的重要阵地。然而,受多元化环境的影响,高校思想政治教育工作面临诸多挑战,为了更好地适应新时代发展要求,高校思想政治工作应因事而化、因时而进、因势而新,以应对更多挑战。本文分析了高校思想政治工作的现状及存在问题,探讨了思想政治教育工作的新模式、新路径,为高校思想政治工作守正创新提供参考。
The job responsibility of colleges and universities is not only to impart knowledge to students,but also to shoulder the important mission of educating students for the Party and the country.Colleges and universities are important education positions for cultivating students'correct world outlook,outlook on life and values.However,under the influence of diversified environment,ideological and political education in colleges and universities is facing many challenges.In order to better adapt to the development needs of the new era,ideological and political education in colleges and universities should be changed,advanced and new due to events to deal with more challenges.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and probes into the new model and new path of ideological and political education work,so as to provide reference for the development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
