混合溶剂预处理对大麻纤维复合酶脱胶的影响

摘要 为解决大麻纤维脱胶时无法同时满足高效、低损伤及绿色环保等生产要求的问题,将水/过氧化氢/蒽醌/乙二醇混合液作为大麻纤维预处理的溶剂,采用复合酶脱胶法制备大麻工艺纤维。以大麻纤维的失重率和断裂强度为响应值,采用响应面法对混合溶剂各组分的用量进行优化,并通过对比大麻纤维残胶率和强伸性,探讨混合溶剂预处理代替碱预处理的可行性。结果表明,1g大麻二粗所需预处理混合溶剂的最佳用量为水9.9mL、过氧化氢0.160g、蒽醌0.017g、乙二醇10.1mL,脱胶废液中回收乙二醇9.9mL;混合溶剂预处理联合复合酶脱胶制得大麻纤维的纤维素质量分数为67.96%,断裂强度为5.33cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为2.34%,残胶率为16.73%,脱胶效果优于碱-复合酶联合脱胶工艺,基本符合大麻纤维的纺纱要求。 To solve the problem of the inability to simultaneously meet the production requirements of high efficiency,low damage,and green environmental protection during hemp fiber degumming,a mixture of water/hydrogen peroxide/anthra-quinone/ethylene glycol was used as the solvent for hemp fiber pretreatment,and a composite enzyme degumming method was adopted to prepare hemp process fibers.Using the weight loss rate and breaking strength of the hemp fibers as response values,the dosages of the components in the mixed solvent were optimized via response surface methodology.Furthermore,by comparing the residual gum content and the strength/elongation properties of the hemp fibers,the feasibility of replacing alkaline pretreatment with mixed solvent pretreatment was investigated.The results showed that the optimal dosage for pretreating 1 g of secondary coarse hemp with the mixed solvent was 9.9 mL of water,0.160 g of hydrogen peroxide,0.017 g of anthraquinone,and 10.1 mL of ethylene glycol,with 9.9 mL of ethylene glycol recovered from the degumming waste liquid.The hemp fibers obtained through mixed solvent pretreatment combined with composite enzyme degumming had a cellulose mass fraction of 67.96%,a breaking strength of 5.33 cN/dtex,a breaking elongation of 2.34%,and a residual gum content of 16.73%.The degumming effect was superior to that of the alkali-composite enzyme combined degumming process and basically meets the spinning requirements for hemp fibers.
