摘要
本文总结1例痰瘀阻络型周围性面瘫患者开展面部全息刮痧疗法的护理经验。患者入院后完善护理评估,基于中医经络理论,辨证施护,选取面部全息胚区,实施玉石全息刮痧联合头部经穴按摩,并辅以饮食运动指导、面部和眼部护理,有效缓解患者口角歪斜、眼睑闭合不全、头昏及右耳疼痛等面瘫症状。
This paper summarized the facial holographic scraping therapy and nursing management for a patient with peripheral facial paralysis of phlegm-stasis blocking collateral type.The patient received a comprehensive nursing assessment after hospital admission.Guided by the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine Meridian and syndrome differentiation,facial holographic scraping therapy combined with massage on head meridian acupoints were carried out to relieve facial paralysis symptoms including mouth deviation,incomplete eyelid closure,dizziness,and right ear pain.Comprehensive nursing interventions such as dietary and exercise guidance,facial and eye care were provided to ensure the therapeutic effect.
