摘要
根据城市功能区各类噪声源的分布特点、人口密集程度及人群活动特征的情况,利用哈尔滨历史监测数据及实验数据,对城市功能区噪声监测点位的代表性及布设点位数进行研究。各类城市功能区噪声所反映的声环境质量水平不同,存在着较大的差异,需要在城市各类功能区分别布设自动监测点位,以反映相应的功能区声环境质量水平。在声环境功能区布设监测点位时,要涵盖不同类型区域,按照数学数理统计抽样理论公式,经计算哈尔滨市按城市规模设置自动监测点位数为30个左右较为合适。
Based on the distribution characteristics of noise sources in different functional areas of the city,the density of population and the characteristics of human activities,this study uses historical monitoring data and experimental data from Harbin to study the representativeness and number of noise monitoring points in different functional areas of the city.The sound environmental quality levels reflected by the noise in various functional areas of the city are different and have significant differences,so it is necessary to set up automatic monitoring points in different functional areas of the city to reflect the corresponding sound environmental quality levels.When setting up monitoring points in sound environmental function areas,it is necessary to cover different types of areas according to mathematical statistical sampling theory.After calculation,it is estimated that Harbin should set up about 30 automatic monitoring points according to the scale of the city,which is more appropriate.
